India: Hindu minor girl gangraped, murdered and body dumped in a pond by Islamists

Kaliyaganj, North Dinajpur, West Bengal-
A Hindu minor girl was abducted and brutally gangraped by Javed Akhtar and his Islamist friends, who then murdered her and discarded her semi-naked body in a pond. This heinous crime underscores the extreme violence Hindu young girls and women have to endure, especially when they are targeted for their gender and religion by Islamists.

Hindu women, specially vulnerable and easy-to-influence minors, in India are either trapped or harassed and coerced into relationships by Islamists, who use false Hindu identities to trap and eventually convert them to Islam. Once converted, they are forced into Islamic contract marriage (nikah) and made to bear multiple children- part of a broader scheme to change demographics in favor of Islamists. Such atrocities reflect a deep-rooted communal and religious hatred.

Crimes like rapes, harassment due to gender and religion, coercion and forced marriages, blackmail and threats are causes of concern for Hindu women in India. Adding to their woes is the general outlook of society in denying the existence of such schemes and traps, making it difficult for the victims to ask for help or seek justice.
