Pakistani actors have earned millions working in the Indian film industry, enjoying the love and respect of Indian audiences. They have thrived in Bollywood, with their performances and talent appreciated across the nation. However, upon returning to Pakistan, many of these artists reveal a starkly different side, mocking and insulting Hindus, India and Hindu traditions in Pakistani shows. This behavior reflects a deep-seated religious bigotry.
Meanwhile, Indian celebrities often express their desire to work with Pakistani artists, promoting unity and cross-border cultural exchanges. These gestures of goodwill, however, are rarely reciprocated by their Pakistani counterparts. Instead, many Pakistani artists continue to propagate negativity and anti-India sentiments.
This duality exposes the hypocrisy within the entertainment industry, where Pakistani artists benefit from Indian love while simultaneously fueling divisiveness.
